Rain and fog expected in Uzbekistan tomorrow

Uzgidromet issued weather information for February 3. In short, the weather will not stay steady during the day: in some areas rain at night and in the morning, fog in many places, and in the mountains also snow and dangerous conditions.
In Tashkent city the weather will be variable. Rain may fall at night and in the morning, and during the day precipitation is not expected. The wind will change direction and blow from the east at 3–8 m/s. The temperature will be 7–9°C above zero at night and around 13–15°C above zero during the day.
In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, in the evening rain is possible in some places. Fog may occur. The wind will be from the west at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be from 3°C below zero to 2°C above zero at night, and 2–7°C above zero during the day.
In Khorezm region precipitation is not expected, but fog may settle in some areas. The wind will be from the east at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 0–5°C above zero at night and 5–10°C above zero during the day.
In Bukhara and Navoi regions, at night and in the morning rain is possible in some places, while during the day mostly dry weather will remain. Fog may occur. The wind will shift toward the east at 7–12 m/s, and in some places it may strengthen up to 13–18 m/s. The temperature in Bukhara and in most of Navoi region will be 4–9°C above zero at night and 13–18°C above zero during the day. In the north of Navoi region it is said to be 0–5°C above zero at night and 4–9°C above zero during the day.
In Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh and Samarkand regions, at night and in the morning rain may also be observed in some places. During the day precipitation is almost not expected. Fog may occur. The wind will be from the east at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 4–9°C above zero at night and 11–16°C above zero during the day.
In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions the weather will be variable: at night and in the morning rain may fall in some points, while during the day mostly clear, almost dry weather will remain. Fog may occur. The wind will be 7–12 m/s, and in some places it may strengthen up to 13–18 m/s. The temperature will be 5–10°C above zero at night and 15–20°C above zero during the day.
In Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions, at night and in the morning rain may fall in some places, while during the day precipitation is not expected. The chance of fog remains. The wind will be from the east at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 0–5°C above zero at night and 8–13°C above zero during the day.
In the mountainous areas the situation is more serious. In some places precipitation (rain, snow) will be observed, and in some points it may be strong. Fog may occur, and icy conditions may be seen on the roads in some places. There is a risk of snow avalanches. The wind will be from the east at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 0–5°C below zero at night and 0–5°C above zero during the day.
Important warning: on February 2–3 there is a risk of snow avalanches in the mountainous areas of the republic. If you plan to travel, especially toward the mountains, increase caution, check the weather once again, and put safety first.
