Starting from 2026, the amount of child benefits in Uzbekistan will be regularly reviewed and increased at the level of inflation. The Ministry of Economy and Finance provided official information about this.
It was reported that child benefits have not changed over the past 3.5 years, only increasing by 10% in July 2025. Now the pension amount will be indexed at an amount not less than inflation.
According to the representative of the Ministry, thanks to the digitalization of the social assistance system, funds are actually being paid to families in need in a clear and targeted manner. Thus, the possibility of increasing benefits has also been created.
