According to the National Statistical Committee, as of January 1, 2026, a total of 414 enterprises with UAE capital participation are operating in Uzbekistan. It is noteworthy that the main part of them traditionally falls on the city of Tashkent.
The structure of the figures is also interesting: out of 414 enterprises, 141 are joint ventures (with local and foreign partnerships), and 273 are fully foreign enterprises. Simply put, this means that investment cooperation between the two countries is being carried out "not in words, but in practice."

- Tashkent region - 32
- Samarkand region - 16
- Syrdarya region - 11
- Republic of Karakalpakstan - 8 units.
- Andijan region - 8
- Bukhara region - 7
- Jizzakh region - 6
- Namangan region - 6
- Navoi region - 5
- Kashkadarya region - 4
- Fergana region - 4
- Khorezm region - 2
- Surkhandarya region - 1
According to the analysis, about 73 percent of these enterprises are located in the city of Tashkent. This situation cannot be explained simply by the fact that "money circulates in the capital": logistics, the personnel market, banking and financial infrastructure, the quality of services, and a favorable business environment - all are concentrated in one place.
Which directions are "top"?
Enterprises with the participation of UAE investors operate mainly in such areas as construction, real estate, trade, energy, industry, services, and logistics. That is, money enters not only the "wall," but also the circular economy.
The most important conclusion: these figures in statistics show the current situation, but the trend speaks for the future - cooperation will expand, new projects will increase. Only one thing is clear: regions must also strengthen competition in terms of infrastructure and favorable conditions so that they receive a larger share in this "investment map."
