Tashkent city
The weather will be changeable, precipitation is generally not expected, only toward the evening rain is possible. At night and in the morning, fog may occur. The wind will change direction from east and blow from the west at 3–8 m/s. The temperature will be 3–5 degrees below zero at night and 3–5 degrees above zero during the day.
Karakalpakstan and Khorezm
Precipitation is not expected, fog in some places. Icy conditions may occur on roads in some spots. The wind will be from the east at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 5–10 degrees below zero at night, in some places down to 13–15 degrees below zero, and from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero during the day.
Bukhara and Navoi
In some places rain and fog are possible. Icy conditions may be observed on roads. The wind will change direction from east and blow from the west at 7–12 m/s; in some places it may strengthen up to 13–18 m/s. The temperature will be 2–7 degrees below zero at night and 2–7 degrees above zero during the day.
Tashkent region, Sirdaryo, Jizzakh, Samarkand
The weather will be changeable; in some places rain and fog are possible. Icy conditions are possible on roads in some areas. The wind will change direction from east and blow from the west at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 2–7 degrees below zero at night and 2–7 degrees above zero during the day.
Kashkadaryo and Surkhandaryo
In some places rain and fog may be observed. Icy conditions are possible on roads. The wind will change direction from east and blow from the west at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero at night, and 5–10 degrees above zero during the day.
Andijan, Namangan, Fergana
Precipitation is not expected; fog may occur in some places. Icy conditions may occur on roads in some places. The wind will be from the east at 5–10 m/s. The temperature will be 2–7 degrees below zero at night and 0–5 degrees above zero during the day.
Mountain areas
In some places it will snow, fog may occur. Icy conditions may occur on roads. The risk of avalanches remains. The wind will change direction from east and blow from the west at 7–12 m/s. The temperature will be 8–13 degrees below zero at night and from 4 degrees below zero to 1 degree above zero during the day.
Note: On January 29–30, there is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous areas of the republic. If you go on the road, pay serious attention especially to morning fog and icy conditions.
