According to Uzgidromet, stable weather without precipitation will generally prevail across the country during the weekend. However, there remains a possibility of short-term rains and thunderstorms in some regions.
Short-term precipitation is expected on Friday in the Tashkent region and some districts of the Fergana Valley. Dry weather will dominate in other areas. Temperatures during the day will be around +13…+18 degrees.
On Saturday and Sunday, short-term rain and thunderstorms may occur in parts of the Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions. Precipitation will also be recorded in some areas of the Fergana Valley on Sunday.
Air temperatures will gradually rise. On Sunday afternoon, most regions will see +20…+25 degrees, while southern provinces may reach +26…+28 degrees.
On April 19, winds may strengthen in the northwestern regions of the republic, reaching speeds of 15–20 m/s. There is also a possibility of dust storms during this time.
Occasional rain is expected in mountainous and foothill areas from April 17 to 19, with mixed rain and snow in high mountains. Consequently, the risk of mudflows and floods remains.
In Tashkent city, the weekend may be partly cloudy with occasional rain. Temperatures will be around +14…+16 on Friday, +19…+21 on Saturday, and +21…+23 on Sunday.
