Uzbekistan hockey players set record and continue winning streak

The Uzbekistan national team, currently competing in the third division of Group B of the World Hockey Championship, is recording remarkable results. In a short period, the team scored 88 goals, becoming one of the most efficient participants in the tournament.
Uzbekistan's hockey players played four matches and won all of them with confident and large scores. Specifically, the team defeated Mongolia 26:1, the Philippines 28:3, North Korea 20:3, and Luxembourg 14:0.
Notably, the tournament record was broken during the game against Luxembourg. Previously, the record for the most goals scored in a single championship belonged to Kyrgyzstan, who scored 76 goals in 2023. Now, this achievement is credited to Uzbekistan.
Another important clash awaits our national team. The Uzbek hockey players will face the Hong Kong national team.
It is reported that the team finishing first in Group B will advance to the next stage — Group A. Currently, Uzbekistan's confident play and high efficiency provide great hope for achieving this goal.
