The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has updated the official exchange rates for foreign currencies effective from April 20, 2026. According to the latest report, all major foreign currencies have decreased in value relative to the national currency.
The US Dollar exchange rate fell by 36,78 UZS, reaching 12 128,46 UZS. The Euro also saw a decline, decreasing by 26,34 UZS to 14 304,31 UZS. Furthermore, the British Pound Sterling dropped by 58,29 UZS, settling at 16 412,23 UZS.
Additionally, the Russian Ruble decreased by 0,38 UZS, totaling 159,04 UZS. Other currency rates include the Swiss Franc at 15 499,63 UZS (-21,22), the Chinese Yuan at 1 777,58 UZS (-6,05), and the Japanese Yen at 76,26 UZS (-0,23). These official rates are utilized for official financial reporting and customs calculations throughout the country.
