5-Year Obligation for Military Academy Graduates


The service regulations for graduates of military higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan have been changed. Now, individuals who have not worked in public service or the army for at least five years after graduation must reimburse the funds spent by the state on their education.

Previously, this requirement applied only to officers who had not served in military units. Now, this condition also applies to those working as civilian employees in ministries and agencies.
