
Uzhydromet has released the weather forecast for December 23rd. On Tuesday, the weather will be mostly changeable throughout the republic, with the possibility of short-term snow in some areas remaining.
In Tashkent, light snow is possible at night, and no precipitation is expected during the day. Fog is expected in the morning, and icy roads are possible in some areas. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 2-4° below zero, in the daytime 5-7° above zero.
No precipitation is expected in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, but fog is possible. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 1-6° frost, in the daytime 2-7° warmth. In Bukhara and Navoi regions, dry weather will persist, with daytime temperatures rising to 7-12 degrees Celsius.
In Tashkent region, as well as in Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, light snow is possible in some places at night and in the morning. No precipitation is expected during the day. The air temperature will be within 0-7 degrees Celsius.
In the Syrdarya, Jizzakh, Samarkand, Kashkadarya, and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be stable without precipitation. In some areas, the possibility of icy conditions remains in the districts and on roads.
In the foothills and mountainous areas, snow is possible in some places at night and in the morning. The risk of avalanches persists, therefore caution is being exercised.
Experts note that according to the general forecast for the winter season, precipitation in December is expected to be within normal limits, and anomalous frosts may be observed in some periods of January and February.
