The Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, paid a working visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan and familiarized herself with a number of industrial enterprises that have recently started operating in the region. He spoke in detail about the developments, practical results, and future opportunities he saw during the visit.
According to him, important steps are being taken in Karakalpakstan to expand industrial sectors and develop modern production. The new facilities will not only strengthen the country's industrial potential, but will also give a powerful impetus to the region's economic growth.
Mirziyoyeva familiarized herself with the activities of "Karakalpak BasaltWool" LLC, which produces heat-insulating mineral boards from basalt, and held a detailed conversation with the company's specialists. He noted that the level of localization of production through the effective use of local raw materials and supplies has reached 80 percent.
This project will bring positive changes for the region in several important areas: increasing export opportunities, creating new jobs, increasing employment, and contributing to socio-economic stability.
Saida Mirziyoyeva, sharing her impressions from the visit, expressed confidence that such large-scale projects being implemented in Karakalpakstan will serve the strategic development of the industry of the entire republic.
