Important changes coming into effect from June 1 announced

Starting June 1, business entities providing hotel and catering services will be permitted to accept cash payments for the sale of alcohol and tobacco products. This is stipulated in a Presidential decree.

According to this decision, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other catering establishments will now be able to accept cash payments from customers when selling alcohol and tobacco products.

It is noted that this procedure will come into effect on June 1, 2026, and is expected to create additional conveniences for industry representatives.
