To study the advantages of the labor market in Uzbekistan, a survey conducted by the hh.uz platform identified significant trends. A total of 110 employees and employer representatives participated in the survey.

The results revealed that almost half of the respondents still prefer the traditional work model, while a significant portion favors modern and flexible approaches. According to the data obtained, approximately 49% of workers in the country value stability and well-defined work processes.

At the same time, 39% of respondents expressed a clear interest in flexible work styles, indicating a gradual shift in the corporate culture of the republic. Employees in companies that use flexible methodologies such as Agile have noted significant changes.

According to many, the primary barrier is a lack of trust within companies (51%) and rigid hierarchical structures (35%).
