Will spring come on March 1 or will it remain wintry?

On the first day of March, weather across Uzbekistan will vary. In some regions, the true breath of spring will be felt, while in others wind and cool temperatures will still have an effect. Forecasters announced the regional forecast for March 1.
Tashkent city
Variable weather is expected in the capital. During the day 20–23°C, at night 8–11°C. No precipitation is expected, but cloudiness may increase in the evening. Wind 6–11 m/s, at times up to 13–15 m/s.
Tashkent region
Daytime 19–22°C, nighttime 7–10°C. Short-term rain is possible in some districts. Fog may occur.
Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya
Daytime 18–22°C, nighttime 6–9°C. Mostly dry and sunny weather. Wind up to 7–12 m/s.
Bukhara and Navoi
Daytime 17–21°C, nighttime 5–8°C. In some places wind may strengthen to 10–15 m/s. Dust storms are possible in desert areas.
Republic of Karakalpakstan
Relatively cooler weather. Daytime 10–15°C, nighttime 1–5°C. Rain is possible in some areas, and mixed rain with snow in others. Wind 9–14 m/s.
Khorezm region
Daytime 12–16°C, nighttime 3–7°C. Cloudy weather will persist. Rain is possible.
Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya
In the south, the feeling of spring is more noticeable. Daytime 23–27°C, nighttime 9–13°C. Mostly dry and sunny.
Andijan, Namangan, Fergana
In the Fergana Valley daytime 19–23°C, nighttime 7–11°C. No precipitation expected, fog possible in some areas.
Foothill and mountainous areas
Rain and mixed rain with snow are possible. Daytime 8–14°C, nighttime 0–5°C. Avalanche risk remains.
