An important innovation in the state tax service: a system has been developed for declaring the income and expenses of each employee. This was announced at the signing ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation between the Chairman of the Tax Committee Farrukh Pulatov and the Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency Akmal Burkhanov. As part of this event, a presentation of the platform was also held.
The most interesting thing is that the system is not being immediately implemented throughout the country "on the same day" - first a pilot. Currently, the implementation of the declaration mechanism is being piloted in the cities of Navoi and Chirchik. Based on the results of the pilot, the system will be gradually implemented nationwide.
The main goal of the memorandum between the two agencies is also clear: strengthening systematic work to prevent corruption, increasing transparency in the activities of tax authorities, and introducing modern internal control mechanisms. That is, the direction "let everything be more transparent, let the inspection and order be stronger."
In addition, special attention is paid to the issues of wider use of digital technologies, including solutions based on artificial intelligence, and the consistent development of a policy of openness and accountability in government bodies. At the event, proposals were also made to create a stable anti-corruption environment, strengthen the principles of honesty, and strengthen the rules of official ethics.
In short, the idea is simple: if there is a system - trust grows. If the pilot is successful, then this practice will expand throughout the republic. The most important result is one: if "transparency" works in practice, not on paper - neither the system nor society loses.
