Woman in Zarafshan allegedly orders murder of son-in-law (video)

In the city of Zarafshan, Navoi region, an attempted serious crime stemming from a family conflict has been uncovered. According to law enforcement, a 54-year-old woman is suspected of hiring a hitman to kill her son-in-law.
It is reported that disagreements within the young family deeply angered the bride's aunt. Initially, she planned to "teach him a lesson," but the situation escalated, and she allegedly decided to eliminate him.
According to investigation details, the woman approached two acquaintances and offered them 40 million soums to kill her son-in-law. Once the case came under the radar of law enforcement, officers from the Navoi Regional Department of Internal Affairs conducted a sting operation.
Internal affairs officers staged the murder, filmed it, and sent the video to the woman. It is reported that she received the video with "joy." She then transferred part of the agreed amount—2.3 million soums—to the bank card of the hired individuals.
Following this, the woman was caught in the act during a sting operation. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 104, Part 2 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm). Preliminary investigations are currently underway.
This incident once again demonstrates the dangerous consequences that family conflicts can lead to. No matter how serious a disagreement may be, resolving it through violence, revenge, or crime is never a solution.
Law enforcement agencies are investigating all details of the case. The investigation will provide a legal assessment of the woman's actions and determine if other individuals were involved.
It is crucial to stop family disputes in time, seek help within the framework of the law, and avoid making rash decisions based on emotions, as a moment of anger can lead to lifelong consequences.
