In my opinion, Temur Kapadze must remain the head coach of the Uzbekistan national team until at least the last match of the overseas World Cup. It would be a MISTAKE to fire him now, before the competition, or after the first round of the World Cup! Discussing a change of coach is an incomprehensible decision. Kapadze hosted Uzbekistan at a difficult time. Under his leadership, the team never lost. In Tehran, he scored against Iran, showing his most brilliant game in the qualifying round against Qatar. There were no problems in the internal environment either, the players didn't come out demanding to change coaches (we would have known if they had come out).
Usually, coach changes are made or due to unsatisfactory results or fan demands. But we have a good result, a good game, and the fans are satisfied with Capadze. Then why openly disrespect the coach who made history in Uzbek football and negotiate with other coaches when he hasn't left his job? Believe me, Kapadze is not a coach who will lose his job; several strong teams in the championship are waiting for Kopa, and as soon as he leaves, they'll offer him a good deal of money and a contract. There will certainly be offers from abroad, after all, there aren't many coaches who have nurtured their dream team that has never seen a World Cup.
Foreign "rooster candy"
From negotiations with coaches like Bentu and Löw, one conclusion can be drawn: the football leadership simply wants a foreign and famous coach to manage the Uzbekistan national team. Look at the selected candidates: one is a German who has been unemployed "for a long time," the other is a Portuguese who couldn't do anything against Uzbekistan under UAE coaching. Even Tajik publications trolled that Uzbekistan was bringing in the UAE coach whom we had eliminated from the Asian Cup.
Or there might be another reason: the football administration, fearing an unsuccessful result at the World Cup, supposedly wants to bring in a strong coach. After all, when a strong coach comes, the responsibility also falls on his shoulders, isn't that right, gentlemen? If you really want a foreign coach, please bring Carlo Ancelotti! Kapadze, too, will gladly give up his seat. A footballer who talks to Papa Carlo truly becomes a fighter, leaving no fearsome opponents. There is no other coach in world football who can do this.
Gentlemen, there is a concept of justice in sports. This is actually what makes sports sports. Whoever runs the most on the field wins. Victory belongs to those who work hard. Kapadze is the most suitable coach to manage Uzbekistan at the World Cup.
You're looking for a foreign coach, fearing that Uzbekistan's remaining in the group could be a failure or a tragedy, but believe me, even if we lose all the group matches by a large margin, it won't be a tragedy. Because Kapadze and I reached the World Cup for the first time, we stepped onto the first rung of the ladder, and that's the result. First of all, it is clear that Uzbekistan will not return from the World Cup disgraced, the level of our football is very good. A foreign coach cannot create something that doesn't exist.
After the match against Oman, fans who went to the stadium shouted Kapadze's name, almost everyone on the network is in favor of him staying, this alone should be a basis for you to draw conclusions.
