The 7th-round match of the Super League between “Khorezm” and “Kokand-1912” was played in a truly intense battle and ultimately ended in a 2–2 draw.
The hosts started the match very quickly. In the 5th minute, Boubacar Traore scored against the opponent and put “Khorezm” in the lead. This goal gave the team extra confidence.
However, the visitors responded quickly. In the 24th minute, Sylvanus Nimely scored with an accurate finish, leveling the score and bringing the game back into balance.
The second half also started at a high tempo. In the 49th minute, Sunnatulloh Hamidjonov, after an accurate assist from Rustam Abduhamidov, scored a goal and once again put “Khorezm” ahead.
But shortly after, an unfortunate moment occurred — Hamidjonov accidentally sent the ball into his own net, once again equalizing the score.
After that, both teams tried to secure a win, but the result did not change. The match ended in a 2–2 draw.
