OnePlus has resumed the rollout of OxygenOS 16 updates (versions 16.0.7 and 16.0.5) after a few days of pause. Previously, the software download was halted after users reported issues with bootloops and inability to access the system. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
Following investigations by company experts, bugs in versions 16.0.7.xxx and 16.0.5.xxx were identified and fully resolved. OnePlus representatives stated that an unusual error was detected in one of the builds during internal monitoring before it reached users, and the entire process was temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure.
OnePlus emphasized its commitment to device stability and user experience. Final tests confirmed that no negative impact was caused to devices already in the hands of users.
Users who have already installed the update can continue using their smartphones as usual without any concerns. The company is continuing the global rollout of the update while taking all necessary security measures.
