
The Turkish company Heyal Holding is planning to establish an industrial zone worth $350 million in the Fergana region. Regarding this project, the Fergana administration held negotiations with Turkish investors.
It is planned to construct a total of 15 facilities in the industrial zone, including shops, exhibition halls, and hotels. As part of the project, manufacturing buildings will be multi-story and constructed based on modern “smart systems.”
To use electricity efficiently, solar panels are planned to be installed, and to ensure environmental cleanliness, a waste recycling system will be introduced. According to the administration, in the coming days, specialists will arrive in Fergana to prepare project materials and begin construction.
At the end of the negotiations, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the regional administration and Heyal Holding.
