Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Paramount are competing to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery (November 1, 2020). This was reported by Bloomberg.

October 21, Warner Bros. Discovery announced the sale of the entire company or its individual parts, namely Warner Bros. and Discovery. The company is also considering the option of dividing into two parts by 2026.

According to Bloomberg insiders, Warner Bros. has already received three offers from Paramount Skydance Corp., which offered between $19 and $24 for the company's shares. All of them were rejected.

Warner Bros. Discovery was founded in 2022 as a result of the merger of WarnerMedia with Discovery Inc. The companies also own DC Comics and HBO. Part of it was also released by Warner Bros. Entertainment, which owns rights to the films "Harry Potter," "The Lord of the Rings," "Dune," and "The Matrix."
