Vivo has revealed the first official details about the Vivo S60 smartphone series, expected to be unveiled later this month. The new lineup is expected to include the Vivo S60 and Vivo S60e models, though reports regarding a Vivo S60 Pro Mini version remain unconfirmed. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
The new smartphones will be equipped with a flat screen and an ultra-fast ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. Vivo claims that this sensor allows the device to be unlocked in just 0.1 seconds, while the fingerprint registration process takes only 1 second.
Technically, the devices will be powered by a 7200 mAh battery and 90W fast charging technology. Additionally, the smartphones will feature stereo speakers, an X-axis linear vibration motor, an IR blaster, and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance.
According to the design images released by the company, the back panel of the device houses a triple-camera module. Reports indicate that this system will include a periscopic telephoto camera with a Sony IMX8 sensor.
