You can cook an incredible amount of lavash! It easily swaps dough and bread, helping housewives surprise their loved ones with unusual and delicious snacks.

We share a recipe for appetizing crispy bread with juicy filling made from minced meat. A real helper when you need to prepare a fast food.

Ingredients:

- 1 onion;

- 3 pieces of garlic;

200 g of any minced meat;

- salt, black pepper and allspice - to taste;

- vegetable oil - 10 g;

- greens - to taste;

- 2 round pieces of lavash;

- hard cheese - 50 g.

Preparation procedure:

Prepare 2 round pieces of lavash in advance. The diameter of one of them is reduced, and a strip 2 cm wide is cut from the edges. The smaller lavash serves as a "cover" for the bread.

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan and arrange the finely chopped onions. Fry for 2 minutes. Add the pressed garlic and fry for a few more minutes. Add minced meat, salt, pepper, and hot pepper, stirring until the meat is cooked. Finally, add finely chopped herbs to the minced meat, mix, and remove the pan from heat.

Step 2

We shape the bread. Place a large round dish of lavash in a clean pan (it's not on fire!), sprinkle with grated cheese. Add filling from the minced meat. Cover the minced meat with small lavash. Sprinkle cheese on the edges of the small bowl and cover with the edges of the large bowl. We cover the bread with a flat plate so that the dish retains its shape.

Step 3

Put another pan on the middle fire. Turn the bread (together with the plate) upside down and carefully place it on this pan (small lavash is turned down). Fry on both sides for 3 minutes. Use a saucer to turn over the bread. Then it will retain its shape, and the base will not fall off.

As a result, very tasty and crispy bread is obtained. It's perfect for lunch, dinner, and a snack! Bon appétit!
