Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva attended the awarding ceremony of the winners of the "Human Fraternity" award held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on February 4. This event was recognized not only as an official protocol, but also as an important platform that once again reminded the world of human values, tolerance and solidarity.
Saida Mirziyoyeva spoke with special emotion about her participation in Abu Dhabi, noting that it was a great honor for her to participate in this ceremony. She also expressed sincere gratitude to the members of the jury and the organizing committee for their cooperation.
She emphasized that human brotherhood is not only expressed in beautiful slogans or solemn words, but also in simple everyday actions. That is, true brotherhood is formed through respect for the dignity of each person, understanding each other, attention and care. For information, the Sheikh Zayed Prize for Human Brotherhood was established in honor of the historic meeting held in Abu Dhabi in 2019 - the dialogue between Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed al-Tayyib. Since then, this award has been presented to individuals and organizations from different regions of the world for their practical implementation of the ideals of peace, harmony and compassion.
It is noted that since 2019, 19 laureates from 19 countries have received this award. The 2026 award ceremony took place in Abu Dhabi on February 4, the International Day of Human Fraternity, recognized by the UN.
