In 2025, a total of 11.7 million foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.
It is noted that during the past year, tourists came to Uzbekistan from 200 countries. The most interesting part is that the figures by gender were “heavier” in favor of men:
- men: 6,404,283
- women: 5,275,345
The difference is 1,128,938. That is, in 2025, among tourists the number of men was noticeably higher than the number of women.
By age categories, the main “flow” fell on middle-aged people:
- 0–18 years: 1,479,729
- 19–30 years: 1,924,358
- 31–55 years: 5,923,793
- 56 years and older: 2,351,748
