In the Hungarian city of Sexard, not only an unusual, but also an interesting and noteworthy competition was organized - the 18th International Grave Digging Championship. This event was held by the country's Gravediggers Association based on a clear plan and order, which served to further enhance the prestige of the profession.
According to the rules of the competition, the participants participated as a team of two people and were given two hours. During this time, participants had to dig a grave measuring 200x80 centimeters and a depth of 160 centimeters. These conditions made the competition a process that required not only skill but also attention and speed.
At the end of the championship, the Hungarian team Parakletosz Nonprofit was declared the winner. This was their second consecutive victory, clearly demonstrating the team's preparedness and professional skills.
According to the organizers, such competitions not only enhance the prestige of the profession and increase interest in the field, but also give the younger generation the opportunity to get to know professionals and professionals more closely. These events also teach participants an atmosphere of teamwork and competition, contributing to the further development of their skills.
