In order to make the relationship between the consumer and responsible organization in the field of energy supply more transparent and trustworthy, large-scale digitalization processes are being carried out across the country. Special attention is paid to the use of modern technological solutions to reduce the human factor, ensure transparency, and prevent various negative situations.
To this end, a new electronic documentation system called E-dalolatnoma has been introduced in the Samarkand branch of the joint-stock company “Territorial Electric Networks.” Through this system, electrical inspectors working directly with citizens now prepare each report not on paper, but via special tablets.
According to data, a total of 158 tablets have been provided as technical equipment to electricity supply organizations in cities and districts. Inspectors use these devices to enter each performed task into an electronic database — including calculations, control, and inspections.
Most importantly, since each report is registered electronically, its tracking, monitoring, and execution are constantly supervised. This eliminates risks of such documents being lost, altered, or falsified.
In addition, 54 electric inspectors operating in Samarkand city and district have been equipped with modern body cameras. These devices record videos during their meetings with citizens, home inspections, and conversations.
This enables the provision of objective and accurate evidence in cases of any disputes or dissatisfaction. In this way, not only can an ordinary citizen protect themselves, but the official’s activities are also directly documented.
In general, such digital approaches elevate the energy sector to a new level, strengthen public trust, improve the quality of services, and most importantly — play a crucial role in preventing corruption factors.
