Veolia Energy Tashkent reported that an additional function has been added to the personal online account of consumers, as a result of which separate payments will be made for each service.
Now, through the "Commentary" section, consumers can clearly indicate for which service the payment is made - for heating or hot water supply. The amount of payment is indicated separately for each service, which creates greater clarity and transparency for the population.
At the same time, to use the new function, consumers need to log into their personal accounts at cabinet.veoliaenergy.uz, select the desired period in the "Calculations" section, and click the "Commentary" button. This process allows you to view payments in the simplest and most convenient way.
Veolia Energy Tashkent has asked consumers to contact them if there are any uncertainties regarding payments or services, or if there are suggestions to improve the service. These new opportunities are an important step in providing fast and effective services to the population.
