The latest incident causing widespread discussion on social networks involves blogger Mirabbos Mirmaqsudov, an influencer known to many as Holymeer. He reported that his car, which had been placed in an impound lot due to him not having a driver's license, was illegally used by another individual.

According to the situation, while the BMW belonging to the blogger was being held at the impound lot, it fell into the possession of a completely different person. Most notably, the vehicle appeared on the personal Telegram channel of an auto service employee. There, the individual did not hide the fact that he was using the car freely, presenting it as his own property.

The details are even more shocking. It was revealed that the employee working at the impound lot purchased a special uniform from a market and posed as a YPX inspector. In other words, he intentionally abused authority and acted as an official. This is a situation that could be assessed not only as a legal violation but as a serious crime.

Access to the car was not accidental. The keys were left inside the vehicle for a specific reason—to ensure fire safety. Because there were vehicles equipped with GBO (gas cylinder equipment) at the impound lot, there was a necessity for rapid evacuation in case of emergencies. Taking advantage of this situation, the individual freely drove the car out.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that the perpetrator's actions were exposed by himself. Through videos he posted on social networks, he displayed the car's license plates and interior. This allowed the blogger to identify his car and bring the situation to light.

At this point, the most unexpected decision came from the victim himself. Despite having the opportunity to hold the perpetrator criminally liable, Mirmaqsudov officially declined to press charges. He explained this decision from a humanitarian perspective, stating that considering the heavy penalties for theft in Uzbekistan, he did not want to completely ruin the young man's future.

This event has sparked various opinions among the public. While some support the blogger's forgiving approach, others emphasize the necessity of taking strict measures in such cases.

In any case, this situation demonstrated an important lesson: safety issues cannot be taken lightly even in places considered to be under supervision. What seems like a minor mistake—leaving the key in the car—can lead to major problems.
