Train stopped in Fergana due to intoxicated man

According to the Department for Ensuring Safety in Transport and Tourism Facilities, an unusual incident occurred in the Fergana region on May 10. A passenger train was forced to make an emergency stop due to an intoxicated citizen who had walked onto the railway tracks.
It is noted that around 08:35, the No. 729 "Andijan–Tashkent" passenger train was forced to stop at the 7th kilometer between the "Kokand–Buvayda" stations of Uzbekistan Railways. The reason was a citizen walking on the tracks while intoxicated.
According to reports, Z.A., born in 1983, had entered the train's path, creating a dangerous situation. The locomotive engineer was forced to apply emergency brakes to prevent a potential collision.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. After a short delay, the train resumed its journey at 08:45.
Relevant authorities are currently investigating the incident. Experts once again remind the public of the necessity to strictly adhere to safety rules in railway areas.
