BYD vehicle belonging to a farm seized over tax debt

During compulsory enforcement proceedings carried out on the basis of an enforcement document for the recovery of tax debt handled by the Do‘stlik District Department of the Bureau, it was established that the debtor farm had failed to comply with the requirements of the court document within the prescribed period.

As the enforcement of the document had not been secured in a timely manner, state enforcement officers identified valuable property belonging to the debtor, and a BYD passenger car was inventoried in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The vehicle was inventoried to cover the debt and ensure enforcement of the court document, and the debtor’s right to dispose of it was restricted. If the debtor does not voluntarily settle the debt, further enforcement measures предусмотренные by law may be applied to the property.
