Inter Milan have firmly rejected a huge €40 million offer from Premier League club Brentford for young talent Aleksandar Stanković. The main reason for rejecting the transfer is believed to be head coach Cristian Chivu’s tactical vision. The Romanian manager has been testing Stanković during pre-season as an important part of a five-man midfield. The youngster is being prepared as Hakan Çalhanoğlu’s primary understudy.
