Marcus Rashford wants to stay at Barcelona despite Anthony Gordon's arrival

Marcus Rashford, on loan from Manchester United, remains determined to stay at Barcelona despite the arrival of his international teammate Anthony Gordon. Although the Spanish champions are hesitant to trigger his purchase option, the 29-year-old forward is relying on promises made by head coach Hansi Flick, reports Goal.com. reports .
Rashford posted training photos on his Instagram with the caption "Keep it moving," signaling that he is ignoring media speculation and focusing entirely on football. Gordon's transfer had raised doubts for many regarding Rashford's future in Catalonia.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the English winger prefers to continue his career in Spain rather than return to Old Trafford. Hansi Flick has personally assured the player that he is satisfied with his tactical contributions and wants him in the squad next season.
The main obstacle currently relates to economic issues. The loan agreement between Barcelona and Manchester United includes a €30 million purchase option. However, for the deal to proceed, the club must clear space in its wage bill in accordance with La Liga financial regulations.
Rashford's representatives insist the player is not concerned by the €80 million transfer fee paid for Anthony Gordon. The forward has instructed them to freeze offers from other European clubs and focus exclusively on negotiations with Barcelona.
