“Every Coach Who Has Worked Hard Deserves His Due”

Nodirkhoja Yuldoshev stressed that Uzbek football needs to develop a culture of appreciating the work of youth coaches and shared the following heartfelt thoughts:

“Do not think that the footballer or the company has made an enormous amount of money. That is not the case. We said that even if it is a small amount, may it be blessed, and let us receive the greatest blessings from the very beginning. We have become used to those who raised and developed a footballer being left behind while those who acquire a finished product enjoy the benefits. That will not happen with us! May Behruz be able to gift cars from his next major transfers to all the coaches and the doctor who have worked with him since he was six. Everyone who has worked hard must receive what they are due in the future!” — said Nodirkhoja Yuldoshev.

In your opinion, what positive impact would a tradition of materially and morally rewarding the first coaches who work with young footballers in their early steps have on the development of Uzbek football?
