Apple has officially unveiled its thinnest iPhone ever — iPhone Air, as reported by Rozetked. Rumors started shortly after the iPhone 16 launch, and now they've proven true. The new Air is just 5.6mm thick, with a sleek titanium frame.
The device features a 6.5-inch display with Ceramic Shield 2 for better scratch resistance, and supports 120Hz ProMotion for a smoother user experience.
Under the hood, it’s powered by the A19 Pro chip, built on a 3nm process. Apple also introduced its own C1x cellular modem and the N1 chip for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth — all focused on power efficiency.
Apple claims “all-day battery life,” which translates to up to 40 hours of video playback. The MagSafe Battery Pack makes a return specifically for this model.
The Air has a single 48MP rear camera and a new 18MP front-facing camera with Center Stage support.
The base version starts at $999 for 256GB, with sales beginning on September 19. Ultra-thin, minimal, and powerful — is this your next iPhone?
