The pension amount is formed from several components. This is clearly defined in the current legislation.
The pension amount is calculated based on the following factors:
• The basic (base) part of the pension
• Additional increases for work experience
• Various allowances (bonuses) added to the pension
Based on this, the more years a person works and the longer their work experience — the higher the pension amount may be.
At the same time, according to the law:
The pension amount cannot be lower than the officially established minimum consumer expenditure level.
