President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov emphasized that there is no room for political instability and coups in the country. According to him, the state system in the republic is currently strong, and the people know well who they support, Kabar.kg wrote.
"There will be no coups d'état. Firstly, we will not allow this. Secondly, there is no longer a weak state as before - now we are a strong state. Thirdly, the people have fully realized - who should be in power, who is actually working, they are evaluating everything," the president wrote on his Facebook page.
According to Japarov, there are still some "conspiracy groups" in society who are trying to provoke the people and make the situation in the country unpleasant. The President condemned such actions, stating that their goal is to defend their interests through deception of the people and political instability.
"These groups include corrupt officials whose property and money have been transferred to the state, those who have misused state resources, and former officials who have been removed from the current government. They still intend to take revenge, but these dreams will not come true," he said.
The President also emphasized that in Kyrgyzstan, success can now be achieved only through hard work, and power should be gained "not on the street, but through elections."
"From now on, you will only see a revolution in your dreams. The era of robbery and the struggle for power is over. The new Kyrgyzstan will be a state based on peace and the rule of law," Japarov said firmly.
It should be recalled that Kyrgyzstan has experienced three coups in the last 20 years. In 2005, Askar Akayev, in 2010, Kurmanbek Bakiyev, and in 2020, Sooronbay Jeenbekov were removed from power. At the same time, it is known that these processes dealt a major blow to the country's economy and social life.
Japarov emphasized that today's Kyrgyzstan will not allow such instability - because state institutions have strengthened, and the people have reached a level where they can determine their fate not through coups, but through elections.
