The Geely Galaxy brand has announced impressive sales results for its new flagship model, the Galaxy Star 7 sedan. According to official company data, orders for the Galaxy Star 7 Max exceeded 10,000 units just 23 hours after the model's official launch. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports.
This high level of buyer interest is primarily due to an attractive pricing policy. The new car is priced between 108,800 and 139,800 yuan (approximately $15,000 – $19,300). Additionally, to mark the start of sales, the manufacturer is offering a temporary discount of 10,000 yuan on all trim levels.
The Geely Galaxy Star 7 measures 4958 × 1915 × 1505 mm, with a wheelbase of 2852 mm. The car features a spacious 541-liter trunk. Interior equipment includes 256-color ambient lighting and the brand's first Eva robot, which can recognize driver emotions and display animated facial expressions on the screens.
The hybrid powertrain delivers 424 hp with a maximum torque of 526 N·m. This allows the large sedan to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds. The new model also comes standard with an intelligent e-AWD electric system, which distributes torque in real-time based on road conditions.
