Tax debt covered by 'Hongqi EHS9' vehicle

The Compulsory Enforcement Bureau had an enforcement case regarding the collection of 580 million soums in tax debt from the debtor 'M.T.S.' LLC in favor of the state, based on 10 decisions by the Tashkent City Tax Department. State executors issued several warnings for voluntary repayment.
However, instead of paying the debt, the debtor attempted to hide their valuable 'HONGQI EHS9' vehicle and evade enforcement actions.
Despite this, as a result of search and compulsory enforcement measures taken by state executors, the vehicle's location was identified, and it was seized and placed into storage in accordance with established procedures.
In accordance with legal requirements, since the debtor failed to clear the debt within the specified period, the car was put up for auction. The vehicle was sold, and the proceeds of 457 million 914 thousand soums were directed toward covering the tax debt in favor of the state.
This case once again demonstrates that any attempt to evade debt or hide assets will inevitably lead to legal accountability. State executors are taking strict measures to ensure the enforcement of court documents and decisions by authorized bodies.
