New names and new achievements are emerging in Asian sports arenas! From July 30 to August 12, the Asian Championship among boxers and youth under 22 is taking place in Bangkok, Thailand. The youth of Uzbekistan are showing all their skills and determination at this prestigious competition.
During the day, our girls under 19 (U-19) entered the ring to fight for a place in the semifinals. A total of 7 of our girls tried their luck in the ring and gave fans unforgettable moments.

In the 48 kg category, Maftuna Musurmonova defeated her Indian opponent Suman Kumari with a score of 3:2 and advanced to the semifinals.

In the 51 kg category, Mukhtasar Aliyeva lost to Indian representative Yakshika with a score of 2:3. The fight was very intense and dramatic, but the judges gave the victory to the opponent.

In the 57 kg category, Robiya Ravshanova faced Indian Muskan in the ring and lost 0:5. This stage of the competition was full of intense and tough battles.

In the 60 kg category, Sevara Mamatova confidently defeated Japanese Mizuki Horita with a score of 5:0 and reached the semifinals.

In the 65 kg category, Sevinch Khurramova lost to Japanese Arinda Akimoto with a score of 0:5. Despite the result, our girl showed fighting spirit and perseverance.

In the 70 kg category, Rayhona Qurbanboeva defeated Chun-Ai Kao from Chinese Taipei with a confident 5:0. Qurbanboeva showed total superiority in the bout.

In the 75 kg category, Maftuna Yangiyeva beat South Korean boxer Mina Jung by technical knockout in the second round.
Today's results once again demonstrated the high level of our boxing school and the aspiration of our youth toward their goals. The competition continues, and many more joyful moments await us.
