In an interview with Sky, Bischof noted flaws in the team's high-pressing system and a lack of urgency in recovering the ball after losing possession. According to the 20-year-old, this is precisely why the team is conceding so many goals.
However, Vincent Kompany strongly disagreed with his player's assessment. The coach accused the young footballer of making a mistake in his interview, explaining that the issue lies not in the desire to press, but in the lack of discipline in ball possession.
Kompany emphasized that if the team loses the ball too often, constant pressing is impossible and negatively impacts the players' physical condition. Bayern only managed to secure the win once they regained control of the ball in the second half.
