Samsung has stopped home appliance sales in the Chinese market

South Korea's Samsung has officially ceased the sale of home appliances, including televisions and monitors, in mainland China. A corresponding notice was published on the brand's official Chinese website. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .

Company representatives stated that this decision is due to changes in the market environment. Samsung decided to end its retail operations in the Chinese domestic market amid strong price competition from local brands, particularly Xiaomi and TCL.

Nevertheless, Samsung is not leaving China entirely. The company announced that it will continue to provide service for previously purchased devices in accordance with local legal requirements. Additionally, manufacturing facilities in China will continue to operate for export purposes.

Experts believe this step signifies that Samsung is rethinking its global strategy, moving away from less profitable markets to focus on other regions.
