Samsung is actively expanding the rollout of its One UI 8.5 skin, based on the Android 16 operating system. Following the initial release in South Korea, the company has extended the update's reach beyond its domestic market. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports.
Currently, the global version of the One UI 8.5 interface has been released for 19 smartphone models. The Gizmochina resource has published a full list of these devices. The list includes the latest flagships and popular models from the Samsung Galaxy series.
In fact, this is only the first phase of the update, as the rollout of the final global version of One UI 8.5 officially began on May 11. The number of devices receiving this update is expected to increase in the coming weeks.
Additionally, there were earlier reports that Samsung is testing the One UI 9 interface on the yet-to-be-released Samsung Galaxy S26 FE. This indicates the company's ambitious plans for software development.
