A heartbreaking tragedy occurred in the village of Bukkarayasamudram, located in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. According to reports, the 18-month-old girl accidentally fell into a boiling milk container in the school cafeteria and died from severe burns.
According to reports, the school security guard brought his youngest daughter Akshita to her workplace that day. This tragedy is evidenced by the fact that the boy ran after the cat to the kitchen and fell into a large milk pot that was being boiled for schoolchildren at that time.
The girl's mother was also present at the time of the incident and, upon seeing the horrific scene, immediately pulled her child out of the cauldron. However, due to burns to a large part of the girl's body, she was urgently taken to the hospital.
Doctors fought for three days to save the baby, but as a result of severe burns, the infant died.
Local police have launched an investigation into the incident. Officials of the government and educational institutions are also conducting an official investigation.
According to the investigation, during the process of boiling milk for students in the school cafeteria, safety measures were not sufficiently ensured.
