A tragic plane crash occurred in the US state of California. According to the Associated Press, on October 11, a helicopter flying in Huntington Beach unexpectedly lost control and crashed to the ground. As a result of the incident, five people were injured.
According to reports, two people on board were trapped under the wreckage of a helicopter, rescuers pulled them out alive. Three pedestrians, including one child, who were on the ground at the time of the incident, were also injured. All the injured were taken to the hospital in ambulances.
According to witnesses, the helicopter suddenly lost control during the flight, circled in the air for several minutes, and then crashed directly into the ground. At the time of the incident, the weather conditions were calm, therefore specialists consider a technical malfunction or human factor as possible.

This is the next air disaster observed in California in the last few months. In September, a Robinson R66 helicopter crashed near Airlake Airport in Minnesota, killing all those on board.
Also in April, six people, including Spanish citizens and a major businessman, died in a crash in Jersey City, near New York.
Experts note that the number of accidents involving small helicopters is increasing in the US. Technical obsolescence, service interruptions, and pilot fatigue are cited as reasons.
It is said that this Huntington Beach disaster may be related to similar factors. The results of the investigation will be announced in the coming days.
