The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost a Mi-24 military helicopter while carrying out a combat mission. As a result of the incident, the aircraft crew was killed.
This was officially announced by the 11th Kherson Separate Army Aviation Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the brigade's statement, the crew of the Mi-24 helicopter, which did not return from combat duty, were selfless soldiers who served the country.
"We report with deep sorrow about this grave and irreparable loss. Our comrades - the crew of the Mi-24 helicopter - did not return from combat duty. They were truly patriotic, highly responsible, and truly worthy officers," the brigade said in a statement.
