Is the Machine Empire collapsing? Car production in Germany is stopping

The automotive industry in Germany is going through a period of severe crisis. Diepersdorf Plastic Manufacturing, a company based in Bavaria, has been declared bankrupt. With a 50-year history, this enterprise produced logos, radiator grilles, and decorative parts for the automotive industry.

The main reasons for bankruptcy were a decrease in demand and an increase in prices for raw materials and energy. As a result, more than 1,000 employees working in factories in Germany and the Czech Republic are at risk of losing their jobs.

This is not the only problem in the German automotive industry. This week, Mahle also announced that it would lay off about 1,000 jobs. Earlier, Bosch and ZF Friedrichshafen made a similar decision.

According to experts, this process is a serious threat signal for Europe's largest car manufacturer.
