In recent days, information causing significant public outcry among entrepreneurs has been circulating on social media. A number of business owners reported that large sums had been unjustifiably withdrawn from their accounts by the State Tax Committee. According to some estimates, the total amount may reach almost 6 trillion soums.
Entrepreneurs’ complaints and claims
One of the complainants described his situation as follows:
“They unlawfully withdrew around 200 million soums from us. I myself work as an auditor, and such a situation is currently observed in all organizations.”
This suggests that the issue may be very widespread and affect a large number of business entities.
Tax Committee’s explanation: technical malfunction to blame
The State Tax Committee officially commented on the situation, stating that a technical problem had occurred on the electronic tax services portal — my3.soliq.uz.
According to the official statement, due to this malfunction, incorrect information regarding tax debt in the reconciliation act may appear, funds may be shown as withdrawn, or other erroneous indicators may be displayed.
Work underway to resolve the problem
The committee stressed that the situation is under full control and that specialists are currently working to fix the technical faults. Once the problem is resolved, all data will be restored, and any unjustifiably withdrawn funds will be returned to entrepreneurs.
Official appeal
The State Tax Committee called on entrepreneurs to approach the situation with understanding:
“Thank you for your understanding! After all technical problems are eliminated, there will be no cases of fund loss left.”
