Families Reconciled in Baxmal

Explanatory and preventive discussions conducted regarding enforcement proceedings related to the collection of alimony handled by the Baxmal District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement have produced positive results.

As a result of discussions held by state enforcement officers with debtors and claimants, along with legal and moral guidance on the sanctity of the family, children’s interests and parental responsibility, two families reconciled and decided to restore their family relationships.

In this regard, the respective enforcement proceedings were completed in accordance with the established procedure.

The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement is focusing not only on ensuring the execution of court documents, but also on practical efforts aimed at preserving families, protecting the interests of minor children and strengthening family values. After all, every family that reconciles makes a worthy contribution to the happiness of children and the stability of society.
