Transformer seized over electricity debt

Compulsory enforcement measures were carried out in proceedings by the Sharof Rashidov District Department of the Bureau based on an enforcement document concerning the collection of outstanding electricity debt. During the enforcement process, although the debtor — the «Yu.X.» farm — was given the legally established time and opportunity to voluntarily settle the debt, it was not paid in the prescribed manner.

After that, the state enforcement officer examined the debtor’s property and seized the transformer used for electricity supply and owned by the farm. This enforcement action was carried out in accordance with legal requirements to ensure the collection of the debt and the unconditional execution of the court document’s demands.

The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement reminds citizens that timely compliance with the requirements of court documents and other enforcement documents is the legal obligation of every debtor.
