Viktor Goncharenko to Become Head Coach of Belarus National Team


Viktor Goncharenko, the former head coach of Moscow's CSKA club, is set to take on the role of head coach for the Belarus national football team. This information was reported by insider Ivan Karpov, citing sources on social media.

According to the source, the parties have agreed on an employment contract that will remain in effect until the end of 2027. The Belarusian specialist's most recent position was with Russia's "Pari NN" football club.

Goncharenko left the Nizhny Novgorod team this summer. Over the course of his career, he has also worked with clubs such as BATE, "Ural," "Ufa," "Krasnodar," and "Kuban."
